Included in this was the desire to develop a logo and tagline that better represented the heart of the organization and its commitment to its clients and the community. Stakeholder and exemplar research helped determine the logo’s new direction and identify a tagline that immediately describes the organization’s mission. The new system of printed fact sheets and stationery work seamlessly with the newly-launched website and create a comprehensive picture of the many services offered by NCIA. Photography used in both print and online truly shows the “personality” of the organization and its constituents.
